IAW provides the following duties for Honolulu Regional Office:
IAW provides switchboard coverage 24 hours per day, seven days per week, including holidays for the Hampton VA Medical Center.
IAW provides all personnel, training, supervision, and services necessary to provide switchboard services to the Hampton VAMC. In performing the basic function of switchboard services, IAW also receives all incoming calls, answer all emergency calls and alarms, operate radio paging systems, maintain appropriate records and conduct necessary training.

IAW provides all personnel, training, supervision, and services necessary to provide switchboard services to the Albany Stratton VAMC. In performing the basic function of switchboard services, IAW also receives all incoming calls, answer all emergency calls and alarms, operate radio paging systems, maintain appropriate records and conduct necessary training.
IAW performs a variety of clerical duties including but not limited to checking in patients for appointments, assisting with their questions, making future appointments, speaking to patients on the phone, coordinating appointments with vendors, and researching electronic medical records for information to perform tasks, or to find out when the next appointment is to be scheduled.
IAW provides tutoring for the Boise and Ft. Harrison VA regional Offices in a wide variety of subjects including, but not limited to low to high levels of mathematics; English and Writing courses; Statistics and Economics courses; Biological Sciences, Anatomy, and Physiology courses; Chemistry and Physics courses; Nursing courses, Education courses, and miscellaneous Business courses.
IAW provides technical and analytical assistance for the Assessment Branch in CDC’s Immunization Services Division (ISD), for conducting evaluations, surveys, research, and analytical studies evaluating vaccination coverage.

lAW advises and assist the USACC KMO Chief Knowledge Officer (CKO) in the implementation of the USACC KM Strategic Plan and command innovations performed through the combination of Knowledge Management Principles, Process Improvement, Performance Management, and Data and Content Management. Conduct research and analysis; provide recommendations and assistance on the implementation of KM and USACC strategic objectives and goals; establishment of KM enterprise best practices, development of organizational knowledge flows and content management policies, studies and related analysis; conduct business process analysis; and recommend courses of action for process improvements.
